Greetings!  

I can hardly believe that we are already one month into the school year. I have really enjoyed getting to know all of your kids, and I'm excited about the potential this year holds.  My classload this year is 3 sections of English IV and one section of College Writing.  Both classes include strong content to help students achieve their communication goals. 

Throughout the year, I'll send you updates about class activities and progress.  Conferences will be at the end of October, but I can meet with you before then if needed. I am a part-time employee; my workday is 10:00 - 4:30, so while I am not available early in the morning, I can stay late for meetings if I know about them in advance.  This website will be a good resource for information, and it will be regularly updated when new information becomes available. Both of my classes have separate pages that you can access at the links at the top of this page.  Senior parents: there is also a separate section just for the Senior Project, if you'd like more information about that.   

I am really looking forward to this year!  I enjoy all of my classes, and I really appreciate all that you have done to support and guide them.  Your influence is clearly apparent.  Please let me know if you ever have any questions.
