English IV

Description of the class - English IV is a Language Arts class that satisfies the final state requirement in Language Arts to receive a diploma.  The class is a blend of standard language arts literary activities and a focus on the Senior Project.  Throughout the year, the key focus is developing the communication skills of reading, writing, public speaking, and critical thinking to a professional level to allow all students to successfully pursue their future career goals.  The Senior Project allows us to meet the career/professional standards established by the state board of education.  For more information on the Senior Project click Senior Project in the table of contents above.
