The United States Military Academy at West Point is excited to offer two unique opportunities for high school and middle school students to experience the Academy this summer.
Opportunity 1: Summer Leader Experience (SLE) View Flyer
This one-week program is designed for current high school juniors, offering them a unique opportunity to experience life as a Cadet at West Point. The action-packed week will be both challenging and rewarding, with participants taking part in:
Four hands-on academic workshops selected from 17 different options, taught by West Point faculty.
Physical and mental challenges, including indoor and outdoor obstacle courses, intramurals, and the Candidate Fitness Assessment.
Leadership and character development through team challenges, the Leader Reaction Course, and ethics discussions led by West Point Cadets.

Students can choose between two SLE sessions:

The University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences has been hosting a camp since 2001! Did you know that UToledo Pharmacy offers 2 undergraduate science majors in addition to the Doctor of Pharmacy Program? Graduates can become community pharmacists, cosmetic scientists, forensic scientists, research chemists, clinical pharmacists, drug developers, and more! If you're interested in learning about the variety of career paths we offer, join us for the 2025 Pharmacy & Science Career Camp. This camp will run Monday, June 16, 2025-Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Campers will stay in our residence halls overnight for the full UToledo student experience! Registration is now open, and the participation fee will be $300 (flat rate), which covers all lodging, meals, and activities.
This camp is for high school students going into their junior or senior year in the fall of 2025.
This camp will incorporate immersive activities and panel conversations that spotlight our College's academic and career offerings. Campers will also receive a camp bag including swag items and a camp t-shirt!
MEDCAMP is a three-day immersive experience designed to ignite students’ interest in medical sciences and expose them to career opportunities in healthcare.

Location: Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED)
Program Fee: $180
Tuition waivers available cost should not deter any interested student!
Eligibility: Open to college-bound high school seniors and rising second and third-year undergraduates
Students must be 18 years or older by July 10, 2025
High school seniors must have graduated by Spring 2025 and be enrolled in a university for Fall 2025

The 7-week summer internship runs from June 9 to July 25, 2025, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (30 hours per week), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Participants must attend a 1-hour virtual orientation on June 3 and a 2-hour in-person orientation on June 5 at Main Campus. A graduation ceremony will be held on July 29, 2025. The program requires a full-time commitment, so vacations and time away should be scheduled outside of June 2–July 29, 2025. Interns will be paid $15 per hour for all orientation and work hours.
Overall application criteria include:
Be in 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade.
Be at least 15 years of age by June 1, 2025.
Demonstrate a strong interest in a clinical, nonclinical, or advanced technology-focused healthcare career.
Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better on a 4.0 scale, preferred.
Be a U.S. citizen, noncitizen national, or legal permanent resident.
Must be able to attend the entire program from June 2 through July 29, 2025.
Science and Advanced Technology Summer Internship program-specific requirements:
Live AND attend school in one of the following Northeast Ohio counties: Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Stark, or Summit.
