This years fundraiser will be running through Meadow Farms starting September 3rd and going until September 24th. This is the same fundraiser company we worked with in the Spring. If you participated in the Spring fundraiser and would like to know how much credit you earned, please email Mark Rinaldi (mark.rinaldi@amesburyma.org).
Meadow Farms sells a little bit of everything: foods, wrapping paper, plants, home decor, etc. You can preview the online shop here, but don't start making any sales until you have the registration info for your child. The fundraiser is run completely online. There are no door-to-door visits required. About 40% of the students' sales goes toward their trip. All information for fundraising will be sent home with students, and it will be posted here once the fundraiser is started.
CAMP BOURNEDALE PAYMENT INFORMATION
The cost of camp this year is $290.
The end of the fundraiser is September 24th. You will be sent an invoice no later than October 9th showing how much your child earned through the fundraiser and how much they still owe. Please do not pay until after the fundraiser so that you do not pay more than you need to. That will help us avoid any odd refund situations. The payment will then be due by October 16th.
Payment Update:
At this time we are trying to limit the amount of money (cash, check, money order, etc.) that comes into the office and are asking that you utilize the online payment system through the town website. Please refer to the instructions below when making payments online.
Log onto the town website, amesburyma.gov
Select Pay online
Select Schools (under the ‘Pay for” option)
This will redirect you to another site (Unipay)
Click the ‘AMS Student Activity’ tab (under Transactions).
Select the Activity you are trying to make a payment for.
Camp Bournedale
Completely fill out the form - $290
Select ‘Add to Cart’ and follow directions.
If you are paying for more than one child, you will need to repeat these steps for each child you are making a payment for. If you can not pay electronically, you can pay by check made out to Amesbury Public Schools.
