There are multiple options to be involved in the chapter. See the different ways you participate!

Currently we have Three main ways to stay connected with the chapter and its members. Pick which ones work best for you

• Join our GroupMe Chat - This will be our online social hub. Chat with other members, get live updates about events, and get notifications about new things that are happening

• Newsletter: Email Us to be included in our mailing list. We will be sending out quarterly newsletters with our up to date information

• Calendar: Just the dates. See what things are upcoming

The Tahoe Chapter meets quarterly in February, May, August, and November. It's a great time to meet new people, get updates on what's going on, and discuss the future of the chapter. This is a great opportunity to let us know what changes you'd like to see!

Join a Tahoe Chapter Event! We organize group climbs, education, stewardship and social events. See our calendar to see what's coming up! 

We are just getting started and we need a lot of help! As we build things back up, we will need help with running events, but will also need dedicated individuals to help get this group up and running. If you can help with any of the following, please fill out our Volunteer Interest Form

• Tabling Events (Socialize at events, meet fellow climbers, and spread the word about AAC)

• Event Support (Group Campouts, Potlucks, Happy Hours, Gym Hangouts, etc.)

• Education (You have an AMGA Certification or similar and are willing to teach)

• Social Media (Content creation, photography, writing funny captions)

• Crag Cleanup (Picking up trash, removing graffiti, trail maintenance)

• General Help (Running a shovel, supervising the grille, DJ-ing the crag rave, whatever needs to be done!)
