The Tahoe Chapter is comprised of American Alpine Club members who live in the greater Tahoe and surrounding areas. We all share a passion for climbing in multiple forms.

The local chapter fell silent about two years ago, but under new leadership we are ramping it back up! We are working to provide events, stewardship of our local climbing areas, education, and outreach opportunities. 

The Tahoe Chapter is organized by a small group of members who volunteer their time to make things happen!
