This course introduces the 2025-26 VIQRC game, Mix & Match, and provides game-specific definitions for competitions that run using the Mix & Match rules.
Learning Outcomes
The primary objectives of the game Mix & Match are to build Stacks out of Pins and Beams, and Place Stacks in Goals. Points are awarded based on how many Pins and Beams are Connected, how many colors are included in each Stack, and for Stacks that match the color of the Goal.

Learn about the field and game objects in VIQRC Mix & Match and their locations on the field
Read the general definitions that apply to most VIQRC games regardless of the season, including the variety of Match types
Review how a Head Referee determines when a Violation is Score Affecting and what the penalties for rule Violations should be
