Our program uses the BAND App for all communication purposes.
Important information will be sent out, such as:

• Weekly updates about rehearsals, performances, and other mandatory events coming up

• What to wear for performances or rehearsals (Manvel Band red shirt, Manvel Band blue shirt, etc.)

• ETA's back to Manvel High School after football games, contests, etc.

• Reminder's about important forms/fees/physicals

• Sectional time updates and locations

• Fundraiser information

• Social events

• Volunteer help

It is VERY IMPORTANT that all members and parents of the Manvel High School Band download the BAND App and turn notifications to be in the loop! Please put you FULL NAME if you're a student. If you're a parent, please put your FULL NAME and CHILD'S NAME so that we can approve your request to join!

🚨EVERY BAND STUDENT IN ALVIN ISD NEEDS A PHYSICAL TO PARTICIPATE IN MARCHING BAND!🚨

Alvin ISD has a web-based system, RankOne.com, for tracking physicals of every athlete/performing arts member in the district. Students need to get a physical EVERY YEAR in order to participate. Physicals are active from April 15th 2026 to April 15th 2027. It's very important to have a physical uploaded into RankOne.com before JUNE 1ST 2026!

• You can get a get a physical form by clicking one of the buttons below

• Physicals need to be done in-person by a licensed physician or your primary pediatrician.

• Many clinics around the Manvel/Pearland/Alvin area offer these services for $10-20 in under 30 minutes.

• Getting your physical done means you're HALFWAY DONE. You still need to take a picture of the form and upload it into the RankOne.com site for the district to view and approve it. 

• In addition to 

• We will explain how to turn them in later in the semester, but each student needs to have one on file before June 1st.

• Members cannot practice/rehearse after June 1st if the updated physical isn’t on file. Upon submitting a completed physical, members will be allowed to practice/rehearse.
