Navigate the contest schedule by clicking the tabs at the bottom of each spreadsheet.
John Grimmett will create a group text for participating schools so you can text when you are en route to campus. This group text will include all participating directors, pertinent host staff, and the contest manager.
It is important that your arrive at least thirty minutes prior to your rehearsal. Unload your truck directly into the right-facing side of the shop (the school exiting will leave through the left side of the shop).
Please be aware of your volume as there will be a school rehearsing while loading into the shop.
The shop-to-stage gate will open no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of your rehearsal time.
You will have 55 minutes to set and spike all set pieces, check lighting cues, and complete any tasks as required by the Contest Manager.
We will provide spike tape for you as well as provide cut strips for you upon arrival.
Students who need to use the restroom before, during, or after the contest are encouraged to use the restrooms directly outside the PAC (PAC 107 and PAC 109).
Our crew will be in charge of placing clear tape over your spike tape -- you do not have to worry about using your rehearsal time to do this.
You may leave items in your 8x8 square prior to the contest.
We will NOT be able to accommodate late departures. We have tried to make the rehearsal schedule such so that the rehearsals occur within the bus windows for participating school districts. Please reach out to John Grimmett directly if there is an issue.
