Welcome to Non-Academic's Approach page! Our pilot approach is called the Building on Foundations approach, and it is focused on empowering children to build on their parents' experiences and knowledge to gain a competitive advantage in their future careers and endeavors.

Our approach is guided by the following principles:

Leveraging parental experience:

We believe that parents have a wealth of knowledge and experience that can be leveraged to support their children's growth and development. Our Building on Foundations approach encourages children to learn from their parents and to build on their parents' experiences and knowledge.

Developing a competitive advantage: 

We believe that by building on their parents' experiences and knowledge, children can develop a competitive advantage that will serve them well in their future careers and endeavors.

Encouraging entrepreneurship: 

We believe that entrepreneurship is a valuable skill that can be developed at a young age. Our approach encourages children to explore their interests, think creatively, and develop the skills they need to start their own businesses or pursue other entrepreneurial endeavors.
