We CARE about children who are intelligent, determined, and academically sound but might have a difficult time reaching their full potential due to the lack of a good pedigree. We CARE to create equal opportunities for children who are not from an elite background.

COURAGE:

We have the COURAGE to say that pedigree traits are teachable with grit and one day, with thoughtfully crafted unacademic paths, we can eradicate the pedigree status quo.

CHALLENGE:

We CHALLENGE ourselves to be patient enough to wait for years to see the visible outcomes of our efforts. As well, we encourage accountability and prudent risk-taking without the fear of occasional failure.
