Q: Can I send treats for my kid to pass out on their birthday?
A: Yes, but it is completely optional. Please make sure it can be served in a hygienic way so we don't spread germs. The custodians highly discourage cupcakes.
We'll recognize and sing to your kid on their birthday even if there are no treats.

A: Pick a day, any day. Half-birthday... a random day near the end of the year... whatever. I'm flexible.

A: Yes, as long as I don't have other plans. I will go to one event per student during the school year. I've been to basketball games, baptisms, dance recitals, piano recitals, soccer games, etc. I just ask that I get an invitation with a time and address; word-of-mouth invitations from 7 year olds are often unreliable. ;)
