Technology Integration Artifacts

The goal of my PLC team is to have 80% of students achieve mastery by earning at least 70% on assessments. The first time we did our assessment on the Constitution we didn't achieve our goal and were far from it. We had to do a lot of reteaching. This year, after a lot of collaboration and work, we were much closer to our goal with around 78% mastery. The difference with my students was the implementation of formative assessments through technology. This technology allowed students to do much better as we were able to intervene early and often on targeted students. This made our teaching more effective and the technology helped us target specific students which guarenteed learning for all students.
