Student Collaboration for Arts Together
The Goal:
Go rockets! Students each animated their own rocket flying through space for this collaborative animation.
The animation was displayed at AACA's Arts Together showcase.
Studio Habits of Mind:
Express: I can add unique details to my rocket to make it my own.
Observe: I can notice that depending on how I move my rocket I can create the effect of different types of propulsion.
Envision: I can imagine how my part of the animation will look with the rest of my peer's work.
Understand the Art World: I can understand that my work can be part of a larger whole.
Big Ideas:
Larger animation projects are often tackled by more than one person.
Essential Questions:
How does my part of the animation need to start and end so that it can be easily integrated into the final piece?
