Intermediate Band

AACA's Intermediate Band consists of students in their second year of instrument playing with the AACA Band program. The goal of Intermediate Band is to bridge the gap between the introductory Beginning Band year and the Advanced Band years by continuing to work for fluency in music reading, learning new pitches on our instruments, and broadening our song repertoire to include more challenging and more complex music. Students in Intermediate Band will also participate in new performance opportunities throughout the year to showcase their growing skills.
