We want the booking process to be as simple and clear as possible. Please follow the steps below to request your pet’s service.

Before You Begin

New and first-time clients must complete the Pet Services Agreement before their first booking can be approved. 

Returning clients do not need to complete a new agreement unless you would like to update your information. 

Step 1: Complete the Pet Services Agreement 

If this is your pet’s first service with Alpha Paws Academy, complete and electronically sign the Pet Services Agreement before submitting your booking request.

Please make sure the agreement includes current contact, pet, veterinary, emergency, and care information.

Returning client? You may proceed directly to Step 2.

Step 2: Choose the Service You Need

Visit the Booking page and locate the calendar for the service you would like to request, such as:

• Short- or Long-Term Pet Care

• Boarding and Training

• Behavior Modification

• Socialization

• Dog Walking

• Home Drop-In Services

Please review the service description and starting price before selecting an appointment. 

Step 3: Select the Service Start Date and Time 

On the appropriate booking calendar, select the date and time that your pet’s service will begin. 

You are selecting your pet’s arrival, drop-off, or service start time only. You do not need to select every day or hour of the requested service.

Example: 

If your dog will be boarding from Monday through Friday and you plan to drop your dog off at 4:00PM on Monday, select the 4:00PM appointment on Monday. 

After your request is reviewed and approved, Alpha Paws Academy will update the calendar event to reflect the complete duration of the service. 

Step 4: Answer the Booking Questions 

After selecting your appointment time, you will be prompted to provide additional information about your request. 

Depending on the service, you may be asked for information such as:

• Requested service dates

• Pick-up or end date and time

• Pet’s name, age, & breed

• Transportation needs

• Additional service add-ons

Please provide complete and accurate information so that we can properly review your request.

Step 5: Pay the Required Deposit 

An initial non-refundable deposit is required when submitting a booking request. 

The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. A booking request is not complete until the required deposit has been received. 

Certain services, evaluations, or consultations may have a different deposit or payment requirement. Please review the service description shown on the booking page. 

Step 6: Submit Your Booking Request 

Submitting the calendar appointment does not automatically confirm your reservation. 

Your request will be reviewed after Alpha Paws Academy receives all applicable items:

• Your booking request

• Your signed Pet Services Agreement, if you are a new client

• Your required deposit

• Any requested pet or service information

Please do not consider your reservation confirmed until you receive approval from Alpha Paws Academy.

Step 7: We Review and Confirm Your Reservation 

Once all required information and payment have been received, Alpha Paws Academy will review your request and confirm availability. 

If your request is approved, we will:

1. Update the calendar event to reflect the full dates and duration of your service.

2. Confirm the reservation with you.

3. Prepare an invoice for the remaining balance.

If we need additional information or need to discuss alternate dates or times, we will contact you before approving the reservation. 

Step 8: Pay the Remaining Balance 

The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the scheduled service unless another payment arrangement has been approved in writing. 

You will receive an invoice showing:

• The requested service

• The complete service dates

• The total service cost

• Your deposit payment

• The remaining amount due

Failure to pay the remaining balance when required may delay or cancel the service or result in further action as indicated in our Payment Policy. 

Understanding Your Booking Status 

Booking Request Submitted 

Your calendar appointment, responses, and deposit have been submitted for review. 

Pending Review 

We are reviewing availability and confirming that all required documents and payments have been received.

Confirmed

Your request has been approved, and the calendar event has been updated to show the full duration of your service. Your reservation is not confirmed until Alpha Paws Academy provides confirmation.

Important Booking Reminders

• Select the service start date and arrival time only.

• Do not submit separate appointments for each day of a boarding or extended-care service.

• New clients must complete the Pet Services Agreement.

• The required deposit must be paid before the request can be approved.

• Availability shown on the calendar does not guarantee final approval.

• Final pricing may vary based on service duration, care needs, holidays, transportation, training requirements, or additional services.

• The remaining balance is due at the start of service unless otherwise agreed.
