We believe that it is our responsibility to make sure that family child care educators have access to the latest and most accurate information from public health professionals. The decision to get the vaccine is a deeply personal one and All Our Kin respects the right of each family child care educator to make this choice for themselves. At this point, no government agency requires child care educators to be vaccinated. At the same time, we recognize that family child care educators are essential workers who are on the front lines of the pandemic, and we believe that it is their right to receive priority access to the vaccine, together with clear and reliable information about how to get the vaccine, if that is their choice.
