As we are winding down our response phase, which includes debris removal, muck and gut, and mold sanitation, we are moving on to the recovery phase. This includes installing insulation, putting up drywall, as well as mudding the drywall and painting it afterwards.

The work day is typically from 7.45 AM - 4 PM. However, these hours change depending on the needs of the program. After you return home from the work site, you will have a chance to unwind, relax, and reflect on your day as a part of our nightly team meetings. Read more about the daily schedule here.
