About this Course: Gain a better understanding of the different types of perfectionism and the different ways it can manifest in students, including gifted and high-performing learners. Learn concrete strategies to help students overcome the negative effects of perfectionistic behaviors (procrastination, anxiety, task avoidance, achievement, etc.) and perhaps pick up a few tips for yourself as well!


Learning Intentions/Targets:

  • Participants will develop their understanding of the behaviors and thought patterns associated with perfectionism.

  • Participants will learn practical application strategies to help students manage maladaptive perfectionism.
