Develop awareness & understanding of key terms and concepts - Introduce a new term, “Multilingual Learner”
Describe the essence of the challenges for Multilingual Learners who are not yet proficient in English
Explore the stages of language acquisition
Outline the principles for instructing Multilingual Learners
Outline & describe 5 essential evidence-based instructional practices
