If you are a new Year 7, you will need to wait until you have your alf.education address to sign up, but that's no excuse for not planning a FANTASTIC speech over the summer!
This summer,
we want everyone to read
AT LEAST ONE BOOK.
Write up your response as a diary, bullet journal or think of another way of responding creatively.
You can read anything from novels to articles, poems to true crime. Read to a younger sibling; read to an older relative; read in the bath; read on the bus! You an respond to what you have read however you like, but make it creative and make sure it means something to you.
Give what you have produced to your English teacher on the first lesson back for credits. You might even win a prize!
