Thanks for stopping by. This site was put together as a part of my fellowship at the Aspen Tech Policy Hub where I had the honor of learning from Dr. Betsy Cooper on how tech policy works.

During the nearly 3 months of in-class bootcamp-style learning, I developed my thoughts on how technology and policy could be used to solve for this last mile communications problem. Little did I know that this would be one of the hardest projects of my life.

Tech policy is complicated and wireless electromagnetic spectrum licensing and policies are even more complicated. I hope this website shows you why I think HALP is important and how it can be used to make our ability to communicate more resilient.
