Practice starts at warmup up starts @745 workout 8:00 am for 7th Grade.
8th Grade starts warm-up at 3:25 workout starts @3:35 . During the period workouts will end by 4:05 for bus riders and no later than 4:10 for all other athletes. We will practice until about 5 depending on the event and day. Please check with your coaches.
Mondays- Ladder workout track will lift during the period and run after school together 7th and 8th all after school for running. We will be done by 5:15
Tuesdays- 200’s Run during the period, field events after school and 4x100, and 4x200 relays after school
Wednesdays- Sprinters workout/Block Starts Run during the period, field events after school a
nd relays after school
Thursdays-Meet days. If not a meet day we will do the same as Tuesday and Wednesday
Friday- Endless 100’s cool down and ice bath. NO AFTER SCHOOL PRACTICE.

7th Grade Long Distance: 7:45am until the end of 1st period. Monday-Thursday
8th Grade Long Distance: 2:50pm-4:00pm Monday-Thursday

Wednesday: Workout on Track
Thursday: Meet day or Practice
Friday: Practice during period: Recovery
Only the top 3 in each event qualify to go to the meets. This decision will be made every Wednesday and the athletes going will be informed.
All who do not go to the meet will go with off season on meet days no

All Field events other than throwers will work out with the sprinters during the period.

All 7th and 8th graders will do the warm up together at meets.
