Leadership is the ability of someone to inspire, guide, and influence others towards achieving a common goal that is grounded on integrity, empathy, and genuine service.
How do I translate this Leadership into action?
a) Inspire, guide, and influence others.
share/present best practices during PLCs, think-tanks, and staff development days.
mentor teachers especially the ones who just entered the profession.
initiate projects and activities that allow opportunities for collaboration among teachers.
mentor students to participate in competitions such as science fair competitions and in opportunities like symposia, field trips, and community events.
