Let’s tackle hunger & beat New England together!

As the Seattle Seahawks face the New England Patriots in the 2026 Super Bowl, the Pacific Northwest Conference has challenged the New England Conference to see who can raise the most food/dollars as part of the nationwide Tackle Hunger effort. If your church is participating in an effort to collect food or donations, we want to hear about it (and share our good news with the folks in the New England Conference).

How to participate

The competition is simple. Churches in the Pacific Northwest Conference, and others beyond that, might strongly identify as Seahawks fans, and are asked to collect as many non-perishable items as they can between now and Sunday, February 8, when Super Bowl LX will be played in Santa Clara, California. In the interest of Christian charity, collections can be taken from Patriots fans as well.

Aldersgate will be collecting donations in a bin outside of our Main Entrance in the Upper Parking Lot, starting Sunday, February 1st, until Sunday, February 8th!
