The Market

Unit 3 Lesson 2: "Are we filming in the market?" can be found on pages 166 - 193 of the Avancemos 2 textbook. We will be studying:

• vocabulary related to market place etiquette and past activities
• the idiomatic expression hace + que in a variety of tenses to convey "ago" and ongoing events
• irregular preterite verbs
• irregular preterite stem-changing verbs

The chapter will concentrate on vocabulary terms used by Hispanics in Puerto Rico and review vocabulary related to family, chores, and food.
