Student Login
Students must login to the Chromebook for it to function this means that two things are needed. There must be a wi-fi signal that the chromebook can use to get to the out side, and the Student must have a valid albionk12.org address.
In the lower elementary school grades we ask that parents or other family members use the child's login to access the chromebook, until they learn how to use it on their own.
Student email address is Last Name First Name @albionk12.org (note: no spaces)
Example: William Smith would be SmithWilliam@albionk12.org
In the case where there are multiple First and/or Last names we have decided to use the first Last Name and the First First Name
Example: Bobbi-Sue Smith-Farley would end up SmithBobbi@albionk12.org
Student Passwords
Google requires letters and numbers in their passwords so we combine acs and the students "Lunch Tag Number" for the password.
acs123456 would be the correct format for the password.
To keep student information safe we may ask for the Full name of the child, Date of Birth of the child, and home address before giving out login information over the phone.
