Tech Support while at Home

This site has been established to provide some self help support. It is a work in progress. If you can not find what you are looking for here you can seek further assistance by email help@albionk12.org . Please include Parent or Student in the Subject Line of the email for faster service.

You may also call, Phone Support is available from 7:30 am - 2:30 pm, M-F at 589-2090. You may have to leave a voice mail message, since we are often times out of the office during the day on support calls in the schools.

Parent Support:

This section is mostly text based descriptions about the Devices and Apps being used during Remote & Hybrid learning.

Student Support:

This section is mostly how to videos. We have tried to keep all of these videos to under 10 min in duration , with most being under 5 min. They take you out to YouTube. This allows students to watch on their phone while following the steps on the Chromebook.

Teacher Support:

This link takes teachers to a site which will require that the teacher be logged in to Google to get to the video links.
