NOTAM Service and Out-of-Commission Status
NOTAM Service and Out-of-Commission Status
The COA NOTAM (Notice to Air Missions) system provides important information regarding the current status of COA training aids.
When a piece of equipment is out of commission, a COA NOTAM will be issued to ensure maintenance personnel are aware of the condition and any operational limitations.
Maintenance personnel should verify applicable NOTAM information before beginning training or testing.
Accurate NOTAM information is essential for maintaining safe training and testing operations and preventing the use of unavailable or unreliable equipment.
