COA OneLogin Account Setup Instructions
Download a two-step authentication app on your mobile device, such as OneLogin Protect, Google Authenticator, or a similar authenticator application.
Go to the College of The Albemarle (COA) website.
Select the OneLogin Portal link located at the top of the COA website.
Enter your Username.
Your Username is the portion of your COA email address before the “@” symbol.
Example: If your email address is joe_doe12@albemarle.edu, your Username is joe_doe12.
Since you have not yet created a password, select “Self-Service Password Reset.”
You will be prompted to locate your COA account. Enter your COA email address and select “Search.”
Enter your COA ID Number when prompted.
Your COA ID Number can be found on your payment receipt.
Follow the prompts to create a new password.
At the bottom of the page, select “Activate Account.”
Return to the COA OneLogin Portal and sign in using your Username and newly created Password.
You will be prompted to set up your security questions.
Finally, you will be directed to the Authenticator Setup page:
Open the authenticator app you downloaded.
Scan the displayed QR code.
Enter the verification number generated by the authenticator app.
Your COA OneLogin account setup is now complete. You will use your authenticator app for two-step verification when accessing COA resources.
