a. Watch the YouTube video “Beginner’s Guide to Google Docs".
b. Assignment: Create a Classroom/Parent News(letter), Classroom Flyer, or an Educational Chart focusing on a subject matter, behavior expectations, inspirational encouragement, or a related visual or informational document. Share your final document in Google Drive under the Block 2 folder.
i. Once signed into Google, open Google Drive from the “Google App” button
ii. Click “New” and scroll to “Google Docs” and click “From a template”.
iii. There are 10 Templates, choose one to complete the Google Docs assignment:
a. Student’s perspective: Review and note take on Alice Keeler’s “5 Google Sheet’s Essentials” video and website.
b. Teacher’s perspective: Review the two ways to become acquainted with Google Sheets as an educator by either:
i. A new sheet in Google Drive, by scrolling under Google Sheet to a template in the Education section or
ii Embedded in the Google Classroom as a GradeBook
c. Assignment: Choose one of the following options below and using Google Docs, write your thoughts of how you could have used or will use either of these Sheets in the classroom:
i. Fill out and complete “Copy of Getting Started with Spread Sheets”
ii. Read through “Google Sheets Training and Help” with G Suite Learning Center
a. Familiarize yourself with all of the possibilities to use Google’s Forms for.

c. Assignment: Using the grade appropriate form, create a Google Form for your class that you would have be able to use or may use in the future. Share the form with the rest of the Educators so they may complete it and present your results from the form via Gmail, Hangout, or Drive.
