The dashboards listed below are available to principal investigators, researchers and finance staff across the university. Click the Open Dashboard button and login with your single sign on credentials. You can also access these dashboards through UAOnline Finance.
Principal Investigator Dashboard
The Principal Investigator Dashboard gives principal investigators, researchers and departmental grant support staff a centralized workspace for managing grant portfolios and making informed financial and personnel decisions.
Phase one, available now, provides real‑time visibility into essential grant metrics, including award budgets, personnel, purchase orders and property.
Phase two, launching in January 2027, will expand the dashboard with tools to build proposal budgets, create budget projections, view fund 1 allocations and program income, and produce current and pending reports.

Travel Dashboard
The Travel Dashboard will give principal investigators, researchers and general finance staff access to travel information at all stages of it's workflow. This includes travel requests and expense reports that have been submitted in Concur but have not posted to Banner. It also includes travel history so you can look up past expenses.

Training & Resource Dashboard
The Training & Resource Dashboard provides a centralized hub for accessing key Argos and university finance and training tools. It includes Argos documentation, contact information and feedback options, along with direct links to UAA, UAF, and UAS finance resources.
