This section is devoted to a healthy lifestyle. We are aware of the importance of feeling healthy, therefore, we will post suggestions, ideas and plans to improve our lifestyle.

HEALTHY world, HEALTHY life
When we say “healthy” you probably think about having a good diet, that is, eating food like fruits and vegetables. But a healthy life is not just eating fruits, and we will explain to you what it is about.
You have to take care about being in shape (running is a good way for this step), eat healthy, don’t do things that you know are bad for your health, etc.
For example, for eating, it is necessary to eat proteins, grains, dairy, etc. You have to follow the food-pyramid.
But this doesn’t have to be boring, so we are going to show you some amusing plans:
We can go to the park with our friends to go for a walk, and then have a picnic.
There is some healthy food you can bring:
Fruit salad. This would be the fruits and vegetables part.
A strawberry smoothie made up with milk and strawberries. This would be the dairy and fruit part.
Fish with some cooked potatoes. This would be the proteins and vegetables part. I love it because the potatoes aren’t fried, so it’s really healthy.
Rice with tomato sauce. This would be the grains part with vegetable sauce.
And, for drinking, the healthiest thing is a glass of water.

If you are reading this on a sunny day in Seville, it’s the perfect day to go to the Skatepark in Tomares located near Zaudin's park(google maps). It’s also a great idea to go riding your bicycle, there is a bicycle circuit.
This park opens 09:00 - 22:00, so you can go when you prefer.
Here you can do two different sports which are:
Calisthenics: is an exercise that is done in metallics bars to improve your muscles, especially your arms. A type of calisthenics is the sit-up.
We think that skateboarding is fun, but if you want to do a more technical sport it’s preferable to do calisthenics.

It 's María, Claudia and Carmen!, we know that coming back to school it’s not really fun, all of us miss the summer so much and we are aware that this can be stressful, so today we are here to show you some of our favourite yoga’s posture to relax you and disconnect from this world for a bit of time.
Before we start, we're gonna tell you some things about yoga, for example: this sport is a discipline that connects your body with your mind. It comes from India and Swami Vivekananda was who invented it.
Okay now, before starting it’s very important to warm up before you start yoga, or another sport, because if you don’t do that you can get injured, so to do that you must follow some exercise:
First of all, move your neck right and left for some time, then up and down and in circles, then move your shoulders front and back, after this, move your hips right and left, and last, stretch your legs and feets. Well, now you’re ready to do yoga!

Today is a good day to jump with my bike and friends!!
This is the Zaudin circuit in my town . Here , there are different sections , for beginners , medium and hard level. It is perfect to go on Saturday evening with your friends , you can do jumps and races . We usually go on weekends , but you must wear the helmet!!

Hi! How are things? We are Claudia Montaño and María Bizcocho. Today we are going to share some healthy lifestyle habits.
This is a list of healthy lifestyle habits.
1. You should drink about 6 to 8 cups of water a day.
2. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies.
3. Also do some sport, the one you like the most.
4. Sleep at least 8 hours.
5. Spend time outdoors.
6. Read a book.
7. Finally brush your teeth after every meal.

If you want to have a healthy Saturday I have the perfect idea:
Go to the countryside!
To do that, first, you can take a backpack with all the things you could need, like a water bottle, suncream and fruit, you must wear comfortable clothes because you are going to do exercise. Then you can also have a picnic after doing some exercise, and you can go with your friends too.
Finally, to make this a perfect Saturday, you can take a book and read while you are sitting in the grass. The smell of the trees, the grass, the flowers, and the sounds of nature make this a perfect Saturday.
The school has finished and is the perfect time to go trekking; perfect to go with your friends and family. Why? Because it is a perfect place to have a picnic, and you can see beautiful scenery like the sunset and sunshine if you want.
You can do a lot of exercises or activities like trekking or mountain biking.
It’s a very calm place and you can be in contact with nature.
Hi, we are Javi and Damián Joaquín and we are going to talk about a perfect Friday.
Friday is a day that you are excited about because you have “holidays”until Monday. So, on this day, you usually meet friends to play or to go for a walk. But you also can do sport.
On Fridays, we go to a padel and tennis court to play padel. It's very fun but you must wear only a T-shirt and shorts because Seville is very hot. Also, don’t forget to carry a water bottle. Play for one hour and after that, you can go to the swimming pool to play with a ball, water polo or simply swim. These two places make a perfect Friday.
The variety of biotopes (forests, moors, steppes and pastures) has allowed the development of a diversified fauna. The park has 2410 inventoried animal species, 45% of the vertebrates of France.

As you know, it's important to work hard at school, but we all deserve to enjoy our free time :)
Most people (including us) spend most of their free time playing video games or using social media, but there are other great things to do. Keep reading to find out!
First, spending time with our family is essential. Your siblings (if you have), your parents… are the closest people to you, so, why don’t you spend time having fun with them?
Together you can do activities like board games or watching films.
However, if you prefer staying outside, you can go for a walk in the countryside, or learn new skills with them, whatever you like.
That 's cool!
Another wonderful activity for spending your free time is reading. Some people think that a book is the best way to travel to other places and stories, and we couldn't agree more! If the book is well narrated, it literally takes you to the place and moment in which the story takes place. This is one of the best ways to spend your free time and, of course, fight boredom.
Reading is also a way for learning new words and culture. It’s even better if you sometimes read books in other languages, it’s really helpful if you’re learning them.
Another fabulous thing to do when you have a break is listening to music, and the best thing about it is that you’re able to do it mostly everyday. Music is like magic: you start playing it and some minutes later and without noticing you start dancing and singing around your house.
There are many different types of music, for all types of persons and moments.
Furthermore, music improves your mood and reduces stress. Isn’t that amazing?
In short, there are lots of ways of enjoying our free time. It’s healthy to try different hobbies or activities, and by doing so, disconnect from work when you have already finished it. Why don’t you try one of these activities? We’re sure you are going to love it!

The Extracurricular ACTIVITIES
In the afternoons if we don’t have homework, we are usually bored. However, that can change!
The extracurricular activities are voluntary after-school activities that you attend to enjoy with your friends. There are plenty of activities to , such as tennis, football or basketball among others.
They are not only healthy, but fun because you have fun and work out yourself at the same time.
We are proud to be in a school which has a lot of extracurricular activities: skating, yoga, table tennis…

A perfect holiday in Covadonga.
Hello, we are Javi and Damián and we are going to talk about Covadonga and perfect holidays in this place.
Covadonga is in the North of Spain, situated in Asturias, it’s a perfect place to visit in summer because it isn’t a hot place. As, Asturias is cold, we don’t recommend go there in winter.
Covadonga is a beautiful place because it has many beautiful landscapes. Most of them with trees, forests and plants everywhere. If you go to Covadonga you must visit the Covadonga lakes, there is a route to walk and it’s impressive to see that landscape, but you should check the weather in the morning because if it is cloudy, you will not be able to see them since it is a mountainous area.
The other place that you must visit is the Covadonga castle, because it is an amazing castle that has many years of history. Being on the slope of the mountains, you have to walk a little to see it, but it deserves.
Finally, you may to have a picnic with your family near the castle.It is a very relaxing place.
