How It Works

Each grade has its own dedicated WhatsApp group.

• Groups are created and managed by the PTA, with Room Parents helping coordinate their grade groups 

• Groups are for current AISZ parents only

• Teachers and school administration are not members of the grade groups 

These groups are used for:

• Share reminders and practical information

• Ask questions and help other parents

• Coordinate grade activities and gatherings

• Stay connected with other families 

Guidelines & Expectations

To keep groups useful and respectful for everyone, we encourage:

• Keep messages relevant to school and grade life

• Communicate respectfully and constructively

• Respect the privacy of students and families

• Address individual concerns directly with the appropriate person rather than through the group

• Keep conversations concise when possible

• Respect quiet hours and avoid non-urgent messages after 22:00
