M25 Supervisor Request Form

1.) Download the Supervisor Request Form (it is a Word Doc.)

2.) Fully complete the form and save in the following naming format:

First Name. Last name. EESRF

Ex: Scott.Williams.EESRF

3.) Email the form to each of the supervisors you are requesting NO LATER than  4 PM on Thursday, February, 8th 2024. Copy Mr. Williams on the email.

• Remember, you should submit 2 supervisor requests in two different subject areas (1 First Choice & 1 Second Choice. Be sure to indicate on the form)

4.) Teachers will meet to review and determine supervisors based on thoroughness of form completion and supervisor availability. 

5.) Students will be contacted by thier supevisors to set up initial meetings

• Remember, teachers can take on no more than 4 EE students

• If there is an AISL staff member you would be interested in working with that is not listed below, please speak with Mr. Williams so he can verify with the teacher if they are able/willing to take on an EE supervisor role.

• The following supervisors and thier subjects areas of experience are below. Teacher instruction areas are in bold and should be given preference in those EE subjects. Non AISL taught subjects are underlined:

  • Mr. Williams: English, World Studies, Visual Art, Social & Cultural Anthropology, Film.

  • Ms. Tilton: Language B (Spanish)

  • Mr. Omolu: Language B (French)

  • Mr. Mewbourne: Psychology, Economics, History

  • Mr. Schult: Economics

  • Dr. Schult: Biology

  • Dr. Schult: Chemistry

  • Ms. Anaevune: Physics

  • Ms. Tang: Mathematics

  • Mr. Lawton: Mathematics

  • Ms. Larralde: Visual Art
