Men who have a foreign license can get a Saudi License, once they have their iqama.
They are required to have an eye test and blood test (this is standard for everyone here) and then complete a simple driving test.
Past experiences of men having taken their driving test and passing include:
- Getting in the car and putting their seat belt on
- Driving in a straight line for 20 meters
- Turning the car on
- Reversing

Please note: Currently women who are dependents on their husbands iqama's are not able to drive - the school is working on this and we will keep you updated as things change.
