Here you will find our school's physical and mailing addresses, and the address format for our compound, Saudia City. Both will work when having mail sent / packages shipped - although some shipping companies will not allow a PO address; in that case, use the physical address.

Shipping with Saudi Post
This document is intended to be a quick reference guide for info about using Saudi Post based on one of our teacher's personal experiences.
Location
Saudi Post is located just north of the compound near Danube. It is right next to the basketball court, behind the building with Brew 92.
Hours
The hours are 7:30am - 9:00pm on weekdays only. It is not open on weekends.
During Ramadan the hours were 10am - 3pm and 9:30pm - 2:30am only on weekdays.
General Info
Saudi Post is fast but more expensive than other options. If you are moving and have a lot to ship Saudi Post is likely not the best option. 2 - 5 large boxes is max what we would recommend sending via this option.
Saudi Post will provide you with a box free of charge or you can use your own box. However, they would not let me take their box ahead of time. I had to bring my stuff in and pack it in the post office. When I brought my own box they checked through it before taping it up.
You are not allowed to ship electronics or fluids.
They would not let me ship a packed duffle bag. They only accepted a box.
When weighing the box they were quite patient and willing to let me take things out or add one last item to get right under the 10, 20, or 30kg price point.
If you plan to bring a lot of boxes in all at once I would recommend you go to Saudi Post in advance and get the shipping form to fill out. You need to fill one out for each box. Getting these and filling them out in advance helps you get in and out of the post office quicker and you can avoid creating a line of impatient customers behind you. They will give you these slips in advance, unlike the free boxes :) It took about 7-10 days for our boxes to make it to Minnesota. They showed up in decent condition, but the U.S. customs opened each one and retaped it somewhere along the journey. You get a tracking number on your receipt.
This is a reliable and convenient option for shipping packages from the US to Jeddah. It is free to join and an economical way to go if you are interested in shipping multiple items to yourself from multiple sources.
Stackry is a US-company based out of New Hampshire that provides you with a US shipping address, and when having US packages shipped, you use your Stackry address. Stackry accepts the packages and then will hold multiple packages at their warehouse for you for free (for up to 45 days; fees begin to incur after) and will consolidate all of your items into one box and ship that box to you (there is a small fee, depending on how many packages you have them consolidate).
After they consolidate your package, they tell you how many billable pounds they saved you by consolidating packages into one.
At the end, they will offer different shipping companies to use and show you the various prices: choices include USPS, Fed Ex, and DHL.
Shop and ship accounts with Aramex
You can set up an account with this company and they deliver to America/UK and a number of other countries.
Amazon doesn't deliver a lot of items directly to Saudi but will deliver these and then will be delivered them here.
The school physical address is the best to use for deliveries as our receptionist can collect deliveries.
You will have to pay shipping costs but you can also do this online or when they are delivered.
