Dear Elementary Families,
With great pleasure, I welcome you to our AISJ community and our Elementary School. My name is Shannon McMahon, and I’m the Elementary School Principal. On behalf of our Elementary Team, I look forward to meeting you and supporting your transition into our community.
In the Elementary School, we are immensely proud of the exceptional educational experience we offer to every one of our youngest Eagles. With educators and families, we work in partnership to fulfil our vision to inspire learning and build our better world.

Welcome to our school community!
I am thrilled that you and your family will be joining us at AISJ. I will be your Elementary School Counselor, here to support your family during this exciting time. As an international school counselor and global citizen, I understand firsthand the adventures and adjustments that come with cross-cultural moves and transitions.
I will be working with families, teachers, and our students in support of their academic, social, and emotional growth and well-being. We will work especially close during this initial transition. I look forward to welcoming you and your child/ren to our community and getting to know you all better.
These last few moments leading up to the start of the school year may be filled with many mixed emotions. Know that at AISJ you have a warm and welcoming community that is ready to receive you and your family with our arms wide open.
