Channels of Communication

In the Elementary School, we are committed to maintaining strong and consistent lines of communication between the home and school. When contacting families directly, we will access the information offered in PowerSchool (phone numbers and email addresses). For this reason, it is vital that the information within PowerSchool be updated by families on a regular basis.

We rely on three consistent channels of communication:

Phone

We will call families when time permits during the school day, and/or in circumstances where an immediate response is required.

Email

Email is the most common channel of communication between the home and school.

Where individual email addresses of Elementary Team members are not known, questions and queries can be shared with the ES Office Team, who will gladly support:

In-Person

We invite families to campus and enjoy the chance to meet in person.

Whenever the opportunity presents, families are welcome to contact the Elementary educator or team member in advance and arrange a mutually convenient time to connect.
