ES CCA Important Information

Third Quarter Co-curricular activities for Elementary School will begin Sunday, February 1, 2026. Activities will run for five/six weeks from Sunday to Thursday. If there are weekends activities then they run at various times on Fridays and Saturdays. Times and dates for different activities on different days are available on the login page. 

All registrations for ES CCA's are conducted online and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, late registrations cannot be accommodated. It's important to note that we have capacity limits for all activities, determined by the student-to-adult ratio and available space. These maximum sign-up numbers are set to ensure the safety and security of our students and cannot be altered. 

If your child arrives late at AISD (new admission), after the CCA sessions have already started, please contact the Activities Office directly, activities.office@aisdhaka.org for inquiries.

Third quarter brochure will be sent via email to parents on January 20th, 2026 and Registration will took place Jan. 23, 24, 25, 26.

CCA Guidelines: New parents can use this link: guidelines to see how to login and sign up ES Co-curricular activities. 

Sign up will take place in two consecutive sessions:

1st session will allow parents to sign-up maximum of two activities, If an activity fills up during session one it will not be available in session two.

2nd session will allow parents to continued registration to a maximum of four total activities depends on the availability of activities.

Please bear in mind that if an activity reaches its maximum enrolment during the first session sign up, it will not be offered again during the second session sign up. 

WEEKEND ACTIVITIES: 

Parents are accountable for ensuring that their children are dropped off and picked up punctually from their assigned activities (classroom or pool) during weekend activities. Here are the Guidelines for students campus access during weekends for ES CCA. 

PLEASE NOTE: The confirmation of the activities depends on the actual class size of the enrollment. If we have to cancel an activity due to small class size, notification will send home via email to parents in this regard.

ES CCA Class Time:

Kg – Gr. 5: 2:55 – 3:50 pm - Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs.

PK Activities - Only Saturdays.

Weekend Activities (Fri & Sat) - Various time, check brochure for the timing (No Transportation on Weekends).

Parents MUST complete the online CCA Permission Form for all activities and sports-related activities. This needs to be completed only once in order for a student to participate for the entire school year. Please submit it now electronically by August 27th in order for your child/children to participate in to activities.

TRANSPORTATION: AISD will provide transportation for ES CCA participants who live in Gulshan, Banani and Baridhara area on weekdays. Every quarter, parents are required to pre-register their child/children for bus services in order to facilitate their utilisation of the CCA bus services from Sunday to Thursday. NO ASA BUS SERVICES ON WEEKENDS. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be reminded that the deadline for bus registration for this quarter is Monday, Jan. 26 at 12:30 pm. Once the registration period closes, we won't be able to add any more students to the buses until the next quarter. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

CONFIRMATION OF ACTIVITIES:

Please note that we do not send confirmation emails. The final activity schedules will be available online on Friday, January 30th. You can access activity confirmations, class dates, and pick-up arrangement details through the same login portal.

Classes begin the week of Sunday, Feb. 1st, 2026.
