It was reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin has just started quarantine after COVID-19 affected many contacts in his close circle. The shocking news was announced by The President himself in a phone conversation with his Tajik counterpart Emomali Rakhmon last Tuesday.

After the unexpected declaration, the Kremlin’s Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated

President Putin is in “perfect health” but he “must take a responsible position and not endanger the health of his colleagues.” By saying this, Peskov added that he has been fully vaccinated with Russian coronavirus shot in March and that he had tested negative the week of September 7th.

In addition, there is no further information about the number of cases or health conditions of the people affected by the virus in his inner-circle., since neither Putin nor Peskov have specified anything.

Even though the Kremlin has tried to take all the Russian’s worries away, Putin attended plenty of public events the day before going into self-isolation. He had already known that he might have to quarantine soon but decided to greet Russian Paralympians, inspect the troops in the Russian western city, Nizhny Novgorod and also talk face-to-face with Syrian President Bashar Assad. This last occasion was held right before the selection of going through isolation recommended by doctors argumentation that “nobody's health was endangered”

Worldwide 219 Million people have suffered from the virus and Russia has totally reported 7.5 Million cases and 2 thousand deaths. The Kremlin is certain that the Russian Covid vaccine is efficient against the virus and that it will keep them safe with high immunity.

President Vladimir Putin, is known worldwide for his intense and dictatorial ways of leadership. That ambition has led him to attend all these meetings and events even though he already knew about the possibility of him having to go through self-isolation. The strong image of a powerful leader he tries to show, made him not change his plans under any type of inconvenience, endangering people around him.

Washington D.C - President Joe Biden of the United States spoke to Chinese leader Xi Jinping on Thursday, September 9, 2021, over the phone. This is the second time the two leaders talked with each other.

Both of the leaders discussed the relationship between the US and China and how it had gotten off to a rocky start when Biden took office. A day after that, The New York Times stated that there is still hope for the leaders of the world’s two largest economies to set aside their differences and work together on Climate Change and other several issues.

The White House explained in a statement that Biden and Xi “had a broad, strategic discussion in which they discussed areas where our interests converge, and areas where our interests, values, and perspectives diverge.” Also adding that the heads of both countries “agreed to engage on both sets of issues openly and straightforwardly.”

Biden’s senior administration official announced that the idea for Thursday's call was born of frustration with a perceived unwillingness on the part of lower-level Chinese officials as a way to "engage in serious or substantive conversations."

After all, the relationship between China and the United States in the future is known to be really challenging. This may be a consequence of the trading difficulties between the US and China

New Zealand terrorist attack

By: Yajaira Carlin

September 22, 2021 10:15 AM CT

On Friday, September 3rd, 2021 a knife attack took place at 2:40 p.m. in Auckland, New Zealand Countdown supermarket. Six innocent New Zealanders were stabbed by a man who was influenced by an Islamic State group. It was an outburst of violence and Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern identified this attack as a “terrorist attack”.

The man was followed by a surveillance team from his home to the supermarket, said Andrew Costar, police commissioner. They thought he was going to do some regular grocery shopping, when he had entered the supermarket he had grabbed a knife from the shelf. He then started to attack and he stabbed a total of 6 shoppers that day.

All 6 of the injured victims were taken to the hospital, three of the shoppers were in critical condition, one in serious condition, and two in moderate condition. Police had followed Islamic extremist, shot and killed him within 60 seconds of when the attack happened. New Zealand did not want the public to know the man’s name at the time. The Prime Minister said the attacker was an  “ ISIS inspired known threat” but the man was a “lone-wolf”.

The law is intended to facilitate the conviction of someone foro planning a terrorist attack. The attacker had been arrested several times prior to the attack that happened on Friday september 3rd.

New zealand had decided to announce his name after a court order, that he had stabbed multiple people and then shot dead by police. Ahamad was very well-known by the nation's security agencies. Ahamad Aathil Mohamed Samudeen, 32, spent months in prison after his arrest in 2017 and was charged with possession of restricted publications, then was released from prison a few months later. He could no longer stay in jail because they did not file an additional charge under the existing Terrorism Suppression Act for the knife and online post, he had plead guilty and while on bail he had been carrying a knife and was arrested again. When he was released, 30 officers were sent to watch and follow his every move for months.

New Zealand has low and declining crime rates, and is a long way from the flash factors of worldwide terrorists. The United States assailant have frown in extent for the reason that 2019, after and anti-Muslim terrorist murdered fifty one people at mosques within the town of Christchurch. LIke different countries, New Zealand is grappling with the trade-offs among tracking suspects and stopping terrorist attacks, and with the energy of the authorities and the police to surveil and detain people primarily based totally on suspicions.

Unvaccinated covid patients cost the u.s    health system billions of dollars

By:Alexa Arrez

September 22, 2021

Preventable Covid-19 infections are costing the U.S. health system billions, a study found.

On this day September 14, 2021 Americans have a 5.7 billion price tag treating unvaccinated patients in the United States because of the surge in hospitalizations but some people don’t get vaccinated because of false information, political tools and they are afraid.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, as well as studies on health care costs, show that each preventable Covid-19 hospitalization costs about $20,000. The US saw 287,000  preventable Covid-19 hospitalizations from June to August.

Around 187,000 Covid-19 hospitalizations could have been easily prevented by vaccination in August, research by Kaiser found, up from 68,000 in July and 32,000 in June. The ballpark figure is likely an understatement of the cost burden from preventable treatment of Covid-19 among unvaccinated adults.

A greater burden on the taxpayer and the risk of higher insurance premiums for businesses and workers, the report said. The costs of being unvaccinated are on the rise, however, with some employers charging higher insurance premiums to employees foregoing vaccination and others making it a condition of work.

The Covid-19 vaccines used in the U.S. are proven to be safe and highly effective at preventing serious illness, hospitalization and death from Covid-19, including against the delta variant they  are also supposed to be free and have no out-of-pocket costs. Despite being readily available for months, some states still have very low vaccination rates and many have still not hit the target of partially vaccinating 70% of adults that President Joe Biden set for early July.
