These 10 attributes demonstrate some of the skills that AISC students develop over their time at the school.
To help students gain deeper understanding about the 10 VFL attributes, they experienced a VFL Orientation Day. During this day, students had mini lessons on what 8 of the attributes mean and how they might be able to make connections between their own life and the VFL trait.
Students were able to see how one thing can be see versatile and how each individual has different opinions.
Students worked in groups to collaborate and solve the problems. This helped students experience different ways that people think and how we all see things differently.
Inspirational leaders to middle school students
Students were given the chance to explore a range of places or things.
Following on from the VFL Orientation Day, students took part in VFL Day.
This day is focused on students taking part in an activity which focuses on one or more of the VFL attributes. Activities are designed by teachers to give students the opporTunity to learn more deeply about one of the attributes. Students had twelve activities to choose from as can be seen on the menu on the left.
