All SCIS tournaments will fall on the following dates each year. In the event that the only host school available is unable to host on the planned date, then a change of date is permitted to suit the host school.
The product of the January meeting will be a confirmed calendar for the following academic year with tournament dates and set number of participants for each tournament. If after the meeting a SCIS member school would like to join a tournament, they are entitled to do so at the discretion of the host school.
