AIMS hosts workshops in various research areas in partnership with both local and international institutions. Several of the workshops are designed for postgraduate students and young researchers and scientists. These workshops bring together both local and international experts and provide networking opportunities.

This workshop will be hosted at AIMS South Africa from 24-26 January 2018. The main goals of this workshop are to build a network of African women with common mathematical interests and to increase the visibility of women in mathematics to African students, researchers, and professors.

A joint event organised by both AIMS and the Interdisciplinary center for Scientific Computing (IWR). The school brings together experts from Germany and Africa to lecture on various topics of Scientific Computing.
