The 2026 AIIAB Convention Theme is "Yacht Club," and our Party Theme is...Yachty Nights! Bring your dancing shoes, as the entertainment for this event will be local Anchorage band...I LOVE ROBOTS! Costumes are highly encouraged! Wear a Nautical, 80's Prom Night, or other theme-related costume. Get started on your costumes today!
Walking
Exit the Hotel at the main entrance on 4th Ave. (near the Valet), take a right onto 4th Ave., Turn left onto I St, Take a Right onto 3rd Ave. venue is 1/10 mile down on left hand side.
Driving
Parking downtown is easier than you might think. After 6pm, the meters are free. We are directly across the street from a large parking lot operated by Diamond as well. Many people choose to use Uber, Lyft, or Taxis. Click the map to the left to get your own turn by turn instructions
