Attendees will learn practical ways to triage work, communicate needs, protect quality, and stay effective without carrying an unsustainable burden.

This class introduces the Client Team model, where two to three service professionals work together on a shared book of business. Attendees will learn how shared books can improve client service, reduce bottlenecks, increase efficiency, create better coverage, and reduce stress on service staff.
