1. Experience & Licensing: Must be a currently licensed Insurance Agent in Alaska with a minimum of three years of experience in the insurance industry.

2. Association Impact: Must have demonstrated unselfish and persistent work specifically on behalf of the association, leaving a clear, positive impact.

3. Community Involvement: Must be actively involved in volunteering or supporting their local Alaska community.

4. Ethics: Must maintain high ethical standards and be recognized as a trustworthy individual.

5. Frequency Limit: Past winners are ineligible if they have received this specific award within the past five years.

This award focuses on industry partners—such as carrier representatives, underwriters, wholesalers, or technology vendors—who support those independent agents.

1. AIIAB Engagement & Licensing: Must be actively involved in the AIIAB and employed by an insurance company or vendor that is officially licensed to do business within the state of Alaska.

2. Broad Industry Impact: Must have made a positive impact on the insurance industry as a whole, either on a statewide or nationwide scale.

3. Agent Support: Must have a proven track record of providing superior service to retail agents.

4. Ethics: Must be an individual of high ethical standards and proven trustworthiness.

5. Frequency Limit: To keep the recognition diverse, past recipients are excluded if they won the award within the past five years.
