Expansion Management is the function where the team gets to manage, coordinate & track the four Initiative Groups and the School Expansions under AIESEC in Colombo South.
Presently, AIESEC in Sabaragamuwa University, AIESEC in Rajarata University, AIESEC in Sir John Kotelawala Defense University and AIESEC in Sri Lanka Technological Campus are those 4 Initiative Groups while Lexicon International-Kurunegala and Hilwood College-Kandy are the School Expansions that are governed by AIESEC in Colombo South. The goal of expansion management in AIESEC is to increase the organization's reach and impact, and to provide more opportunities for young people to develop their leadership skills and gain practical experience.

Expansion Management Team Roles & Job Description
Initiative Groups - Specialist
Monitor, maintain member performance and engagement of Initiative Groups.
Synergize with the IGs Manager to Finalize the project proposals & legal documents
Creating and maintaining tools related to Initiative Groups.
Overlook Initiative Groups Events.
Arrange weekly team meetings at the convenience of all the members.
School Leads Clubs - Specialist
Approaching potential schools to initiate Lead Clubs.
Plan and execute School Lead Club Projects.
Arrange required documents when establishing SLCs.
Synergize with the SLCs Manager to Finalize the project proposals & legal documents.
Keeping touchpoints with the responsibles from the School Boards.
Arrange weekly team meetings at the convenience of all the members.
Expansion Management - Team Member
Attending physically/ virtually for the IGs & SLCs Events.
Actively participate in team bonding activities & meetings.
Synergizing with EM VP, IGs Manager & SLCs Manager.
Keep the member engagement within both EM function and AIESEC in UoM.
