BD - Team Leader
Responsible for Team synergy and the ER
process of the events.
Engage with relevant managers and provide weekly updates
Guide OC ER teams with the Process.
BD - Value Delivery & CRM Specialist
Make sure that both CRMs are being checked and add the requests asap.
Cross-check the trackers and assign trackers for each event.
Make sure deliverables are being covered and have communication with the Account manager.
BD - Events Researcher
Conduct research on most potential companies and find contacts.
Search for information on Alumina and getting contact with them.
Facilitate the ER teams on the process with the account manager. Innovation Officer
Conduct research on innovation ideas which would attract companies and delegates for the events.
Providing ideas on necessary changes to be added to the relevant ongoing events and ensuring that the proposal is made properly.
