The TM Visit also provides insights into whether members are receiving the development they desire and working in a healthy environment. TM Clinic is a free space for members to share their thoughts and feelings. Here, you can discuss both personal and professional matters. Talent Management provides the TM Clinic to all AIESEC members at Unsoed.
